These union punks are nothing but lazy, whiney, selfish scumbags. Time to phase them out completely and hire a contractor to clear the snow in the area.

These union FAT CATS (Obama word!) have no problem bleeding a system dry for their own benefit regardless of circumstances. The demotions, pay cuts, and layoffs are a result of the city having to cut back. If everyone is a union worker then it will no doubt affect a union worker.

Besides, if those union supervisors that are getting demoted are part of this imposed slow-down, then they aren't supervisor/management material to begin with and should be put out on the garbage trucks. Total losers.

The Government Owns You For Another Year!

With the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts Barack Obama had to get something so that this wasn't seen as a total failure by him. So he extends unemployment benefits for another year.

While Obama's twisted, socialist mind sees this as a victory for him, in retrospect it's not. You see, one of the biggest things killing Barack Obama's approval rating (and his "legacy") is his inability to budge the unemployment numbers (for the better). He thinks he's won something with this addition to his other handouts, but what this has done is guaranteed that the unemployment numbers will remain at least as high as they are now. Why?

It's simple - the people who have already adjusted their lifestyles to live off of unemployment checks and other government handouts are becoming quite comfortable with the lifestyle they're living at the expense of other working taxpayers. Some that we spoke to even admitted this to a certain degree. "Why would I go take a job making minimum wage sweating my butt off and go home tired everyday when I can stay home and be cozy and still draw a check?" declared Jeff, an unemployment benefit receiving citizen. "If they're stupid enough to pay me for sitting on my butt for three years then, hey, I look like the smart one."

There you have it. Some of the others we spoke to about the extension were just as happy to say something similar, but "off the record".

Barack Obama has created a problem that he can't afford to stop. If he pulls the benefits, then he's mean ol' Obama. If he keeps extending them then he's the savior, but must deal with the backlash in perpetuating a nasty cycle that guarantees a high unemployment rate.

Sure, I know not everyone on unemployment benefits is happy with it, but for those who actually want to work, Obama has scared businesses so badly that they'll never inject money into the economy until he's gone. Therefore, there are no jobs for those who actually don't want to live off of the government's teat.

Thanks, Barack Obama, for another home run!

Obama meant what he READ

Let's cut to the chase. We all know Barack Hussein Obama can't think on his feet. If he doesn't have a teleprompter in his face telling him what to say (something Rahm Emanuel or David Axelrod wrote) he usually says something stupid. Case in point, when he said the police officer acted "stupidly" in Boston.

So, we can all agree that due to Obama's inability to come up with his own words on the fly (that aren't stupid) that when he speaks from a teleprompter that it is a well though out statement that his boys have read and reread and then let him actually say those words.

Well, on Ramadan when Obama said he supported the building of the mosque at Ground Zero he was reading from a prepared statement being read from a teleprompter. He meant what he said.

The following day when he was no longer in the company of Muslims he tried to back off those words "on the fly" and stumbled, jumbled, and screwed up his words.

Let me be clear (ala Obama)...Obama supports Muslims over Christians and he whole heartedly supports the building of this mosque in the shadow of where so many innocent people were slaughtered by the very people pushing (and paying) to build this mosque. I believe in freedom of religion. Heck, I don't care if you're Atheist! But at least have a little class in whatever you believe in because I truly believe that all faiths frown on a person being a classless, misleading, sly, deceitful person. That's you, Mr. Obama.

Create JOBS - not WELFARE!

99 weeks of unemployment benefits is a dangerous gateway to welfare acceptance. The White House LOVES this! Welfare = Democratic votes.

If those clowns in charge of everything (Dems and White House) want to help the American people then create jobs and ways for businesses to increase business. Don't create additional entitlement programs that suck the independent drive out of people and make them complacent and lazy.

Our government has a goal and its to make as many weak-minded Americans as dependent on big government as they can.

If you don't vote in November to change the course of this administration you have no reason to complain about the state of this nation.

Salazar follows his boss' lead!

Ken Salazar took what 15 petro chem experts told him, ignorred the most important part, changed it to read what the White house wanted, and then sent it to Obama. What a thug.

The whole reason Salazar had experts from the drilling industry meet with him was to give his recommendation to Obama some weight since he himself is hardly any kind of expert. But he misconstrued what these guys told him and changed what it read after they'd rubber stamped it and left. How come no one sees a problem with that?

If Salazar had changed something environmentalist experts had told him and then sent it on to Obama as if it were the team's recommendations, do you think people would be outraged? Maybe this will help: "A team of environmentalists met with Ken Salazar today to discuss how to stop global warming. It was decided that it would be best to just go ahead and kill all polar bears so that we don't have to hear about them any more, thus lessoning the efforts of global warming."

Sound ridiculous? Yeah, we thought so. Salazar is an idiot, a crook, and a person not afraid to mislead. Just like his mis-leader, Obama.

We can only hope that the justice served to Murry Day and Jaime Day in Lake Charles, LA who starved a 9 year old boy nearly to death is fast and harsh. With a clear conscience I can say that I hope the courts throw the book at them and that something horrible befalls them in prison.

Bin Laden = Paris Hilton

Al Qaeda leader Usama Bin Laden threatened in a new audio recording released Thursday to kill any captured Americans if the United States executes the accused mastermind of the September 11 attacks - Khalid Sheik Mohammed - or any other Al Qaeda suspects accused of terror.

My question is, "So, does this mean that Bin Laden and Al Qaeda have been sparing the lives of the Americans they capture???"

Look, these goons will murder any American or non-muslim person they come into contact with. Why are we to think any different now?

I've come to the conclusion that Usama Bin Laden is no different than Paris Hilton - they're both media whores. Bin Laden gets a little jealous because no one's talking about him in the news and then some idiot from Nigeria sets his own underwear on fire at Christmas time and gets all the attention. Then KSM (who has a cooler call sign!) gets all the attention with discussion of his trial.

Bin Laden HATES to not have his name in the news! He and Paris Hilton should start their own reality TV show called "Look At Me; I'm Nobody".

The shine has worn off the Bin Laden penny. The U.S. is not scared of him anymore. Worried - yes, because this guys is a true nutjob with a few dollars. But scared - no.

Obama had an opportunity to make the Republicans look bad today. But let me be clear - he blew it!

After FINALLY having a televised meeting with our lawmakers after bragging about it throughout his Presidential campaign, Obama could have brought the Republicans in, made them feel comfortable, and then bashed them to the public. He could have claimed, "Let me be clear - I invited them in - I listened to them - and they didn't give us a chance." He COULD have done this.

Instead, Obama and his Dem buddies went into the Healthcare Summit like the little kid who owns the ball on the playground and won't let anyone else play with it. They were stone-faced and seemed as though they'd rather be sponge bathing a porcupine on fire with gasoline than listening to anything a Republican or anyone who even looked like a Republican had to say.

Now I expect Pelosi to be an old condescending hag, Reid to be a spineless screwball scared for his job, and even Biden to prove to the world that he's just happy to be here. But I expect more out of our President. Would it hurt Obama to appear Presidential, even at the risk of appearing cooperative to the opposing party?

I am embarrassed that Obama is representing us in the world. This was his chance to truly appear to everyone that he can work with everyone to make things happen. Instead, he showed the American people and the world that he can be just as big a jerk as anyone else.

I almost feel sorry for all the Dems he threw onto the sword today who are up for reelection this November!

Obama's no Jedi!

I am reminded on a daily basis how little the current administration thinks of us - the "little" people. Take this excerpt from http://www.barackobama.com/ posted this week: "One year in, the evidence is clear – and growing by the day – that the Recovery Act is working to cushion the greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression and lay a new foundation for economic growth."

This can only be defined as clear cut propaganda. They know this. I know this. But how many of the "herd" don't see this? They see big words and shiny graphs and think, "Must be true!"

Now I have faith in my American brothers and sisters that we aren't that stupid. My real issue is how the current administration can create fluff and never have to explain how they arrived at certain numbers!

If my banker tells me that the reason I have less money in my account this month is because my interest rate went down in my savings account, I'll ask him "Ok, what did it go down to?" And he'll have to show me before I'm satisfied. If he gives me a number and it doesn't coincide with what's in my account, I'll again expect to see how he arrived at that number.

But if our government tells us they just "created or saved" 95,000 jobs and we see all of our unemployed friends and family from last month still out of work, plus MORE people being layed off, we're supposed to just accept it and keep moving???

What are these guys - JEDI'S??? Is the force really that strong in Obiwan Obama? Or is it just that strong in me?

We may not hold Washington accountable for their actions, but let's at least hold them accountable for providing numbers to us that we can qualify. 2+2 does not equal 95,000.

Hey Nancy! You can't do it alone!

While it's been commonplace for Nancy Pelosi to eye gouge Republicans every chance she gets, she has now begun to resist those she cannot afford to push away - Democrats.

As Obama attempts to at least appear as though he's welcoming Republicans into his little circle of lawmaking elite, Pelosi doesn't appear willing to budge. Obama - in an attempt to appease Republicans - has suggested offering tax breaks to small businesses who create jobs. Pelosi has resisted. And resisted quite possibly just because the Republicans want the tax break.

Now this is how I see it. Nancy Pelosi is not a likable person. I'd just a well invite Michael Vick to sit next to me at a dog show than be in the same building as Pelosi. She is a bitter, self-loving hippy who is about as approachable as a skunk with bad breath and a skin disorder.

While it is a simple reflex for her to lash out at Republicans, she had better wise up and realize that her own party has seen the writing on the wall even if she hasn't and they will not go down with the ship with her steering it right into an iceberg. She may be the last one holding onto that "party first" slogan.
